Delivery FAQs
How much is delivery?:
£6.99 is the standard DPD delivery charge to Northern Ireland and 11.99 Euros to Republic of Ireland.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Missing orders.
Missing orders should be reported to us within 6 days from ordering. We can not be held responsible for any parcels that are reported after this time period.
Can I do Click & Collect?
Click and collect is available Wednesday Thursday and Friday 9am - 5pm. you will be sent a Text message when your order is ready to collect so please make sure you add your mobile number when placing an order.
Do I have to pay Customs in Republic of Ireland?
No - all customs charges are already paid, so you will not be charged customs.
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy for online sales, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwrapped or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send your order number.
To start a return, you must contact us at sally@willowacademy.com to request a return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (minus delivery costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sally@willowacademy.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent after the 14 days have expired.
